Ramsu support enquires are monitored 24 hours.
Over 95% of enquiries are answered within the first 30 minutes.
However some replies may take up to 6-7 hours, depending on work load, urgency, or whether it is a weekend or public holiday, when response times may be slower.
Incoming support requests are queued and our on-call staff are notified by SMS for assessment.

Telephone Support:
Ramsu does not currently offer telephone sales or support, as we find email to be far more efficient when resolving technical issues.
By using our automated support email system, its much easier to track each support request, and have notes and/or error messages passed to Support Staff exactly as the appear. We are also able to pass any phone cost savings directly on to our customers.
Our technicians are on call 24/7 in case of any emergencies, and are contacted instantly from our network monitoring systems or from our Support Staff.
