Our primary colocation facility is based in Auckland at the secure Iconz data center.
We have technicians with continual round the clock access to our network and always have a technician available on call in the event of an emergency. All our servers (including customer's websites, email, and databases) are backed up on a continuous basis every day and can be restored prompty in case of emergency.
