Web server issue, Resolved

Late this afternoon (Thursday 4th) one of the web servers on our network experienced a MySQL database outage.
This has now been resolved and all sites back operational, but we are still investigating the direct cause of the problem.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and we are doing our best to find the cause and ensure it does not happen again.
