This includes new domain registrations, and renewals.
All new monthly web hosting plans setup during March are FREE for the entire month!.
You won't be invoiced until 1st April.

And if you do have an account, just log into the Control Panel, register any domains, or setup your free hosting for March.
Notes:
When you setup a new hosting service, the price will show FREE at the last step, before you confirm.
